NEXT DEMO:

the 3rd of December !

What is AUTOCARD ?

Autocard is a card game, it's an Autobattler with Deckbuilder, Roguelike and RPG elements. Build a powerful board, unleash insane combos, and climb from zero to hero in under an hour!

  • 3 different starting classes
  • More than 150 cards
  • Over 30 relics (passive effects)
  • An attribute system worthy of D&D
  • ~125,684 combos !
  • No AI used in any part of development! (“No artists were harmed during the making of this video game.”)
  • A nice cartoony style reminiscent of the old Flash games from the 90s

- Build Your Deck

Discover new cards, assemble synergies, and forge a unique build every run. With over 150 cards and dozens of relics, the possibilities are wild.
(Yes, the “~125,684 combos” number is totally made up—probably.)

- Autobattler Combat

Battles play out automatically. Your cards charge over time and trigger their effects on their own—your job is to plan ahead, optimize your board, and let the chaos unfold.

- Roguelike Progression

Survive 9 escalating fights against enemies equipped with their own decks. Beat the final boss and unlock new content after each run.

- Merchants, Rewards, Upgrades

Each area offers choices:

  • Buy new cards
  • Grab free relics
  • Collect rare rewards
  • Improve permanent attributes

Spend your coins wisely or miss your next big power spike.

- BECOME UNSTOPPABLE

Break the game with infinite power and ridiculous combos.
Whether you're here for strategy or chill runs, AUTOCARD delivers quick, punchy, build-focused gameplay with endless replayability.

Cards and Attribute System

In our game you will find the Attribute System we can find in lot of RPGs with (Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Charisma, Luck and Will Power),  but here none of the attributes does anything by themselves. instead, every Attribute value can enhance somme cards and other will produce it.

For exemple, "Blaster", the card above is a Skill that activates every 6 seconds:
when it activates it will inflict Burn (a Damage over time Status) to the enemy, this amount is increased by the total amount of Intelligence you have.
the "Overthinking Hat" is an other Card that will increase your Intelligence every 4 seconds.

I hope you see the pattern.

Relics

Relics are the Autocard's passives effects. Combine them with your active cards and create powerful synergy.

For exemple the "Warcry" relic will trigger the 5 first time you gain strength each combat applying "Haste" (a Buff that make the card charge faster for some time) to 1 of your card chosen at random.

Class and Starting specifics.

Unique starting cards for each class. Every class has a total of 30 starting cards divided in 3 Packs by thematic + 5 exclusive Relics.

For Exemple the Peasant Start with the following Packs:

Each Character has 1 Innate Skill that will always be active and who define the Attributes and Mechanics the Character should use.

When you Level Up, you will be rewarded with Relic Specific to your class that will interact with your Innate Skill

Isn't the chicken bugged? +9999 heal

Biggest problem the game has is the bugs.
Packs staying changed after you finish a run
Constant crashing in the offline version preventing you from finishing runs, massive slowdown in the browser one.
Merging breaks frequently, sometimes you can't merge two pieces of equipment no matter how much you try.

The core of the game is really good, as expected from taking the core gameplay loop of bazaar and actually letting it be a good game.

Hey thanks for playing and trying my Game while it's in development !

About the Merge, I manage to fix the Problem and it will be fixed in the next release.
"Packs staying changed after you finish a run" this is also a known bug so I'll manage to fix that too ^^
For the Crashes, I don't get them on my device and I'll need to do some more Testing / Play-test.

Was that really bad as : you didn't ever finish a run, or did it happen some of the time ?

I managed to pretty consistently trigger it, if you try to drag an item around too out of position before the dragging/snap sound effect triggers it crashes.

The problem of course is that the more that you crash the faster you want to play, so multiple times I tried to quickly drag something to my inventory and it would crash the game because I did it too quickly. This pretty much made it impossible to grind out high difficulty runs since you desperately need to reroll into the stronger strategies (cough Farmer's Warning cough) to have any chance of winning.

I eventually managed to get all the way to Impossible difficulty, but when I went to beat the second boss It never actually started the fight, forcing me to restart.
